Alder Creek Solar serves up solar info and hot chocolate at Boonville Snow Festival

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Alder Creek Solar booth at the Boonville Snow Festival on February 1st and 2nd to learn more about the project and visit with members of our team.

Those who stopped by were able to enjoy a free cup of hot chocolate, review project information, enjoy some solar-powered giveaways, and see a real solar panel up close.

We look forward to continuing the conversation with neighbors in both Boonville and Forestport and appreciated the opportunity to support the event and meet with attendees. A special thanks to Susan Alger, the Lost Trail Snowmobile Club, and all of the volunteers who helped put on a great event!

Article 10 Presentations at January Town Board Meetings

At the January Town Board Meetings for both Boonville and Forestport, Carmen O'Keefe and Brian O'Shea from the Alder Creek Solar project team gave presentations regarding the Article 10 permitting process and the process by which the towns can apply for Intervenor Funding when it becomes available later this Spring.

For your reference, the below graphic outlines the Article 10 process. For more information visit the Article 10 page on our website.
